EFFORTS OF BUYER TO CORRECT DEFECTS
NOT CONSIDERED ACCEPTANCE
Efforts of the buyer to correct any of the goods delivered in a defective or non-working condition shall not constitute an acceptance of such goods where commercially reasonable in extent and cost, so that the buyer may revoke [his or her] acceptance and reject the goods where the attempt to correct such defect has proved unsuccessful.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
